This week we're very proud share our very first interview pod with the wonderful Sofia from Inshaladesign. She tells us about how she got into energy work, how she combines it with her work as a interior designer and her views on bridging the gap of her human and spiritual life.

Sofia is an interior designer by trade but a spiritual guru at heart. After working in interior design for years she felt an intuitive desire for more so she dove into spiritual practices like various energy healing techniques, akashic records certifications, life coaching and space clearing studies. She currently works as a spiritual life coach, reader and healer and has a signature combination package that combines energy healing, meditation and space clearing with traditional interior design.
